Hydroxy-α-sanshool

Hydroxy-α-sanshool is a transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1) and TRP vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) agonist with EC50s of 69 and 1.1 μM, respectively. Hydroxy-α-sanshool can be used for pain research[1][2].
